How are these people gonna get square with themselves when he crashes down to earth? I hope people throw this in the face of every anchor and analyst that have spread this garbage for eternity. Cant these people go back to pretending to like hockey.

Apart from thinking that an ASG appearence can give a player a boost (I think the skills challenge and 1rst asg helped rose), as a fan I like to have as many all stars as possible for whatever reason.

I wanted Cespedes, but losing out on him to one of the 3-4 teams that was never reported to have interest will be well worth it if the baseball writers of america close up shop and admit they have nothing of value to offer. Shut your twitters down and go home. The concensus that he wanted to be close to other cubans is hilarious in retrospect. I think this might be the second farthest baseball city from cuba.

They are saying it happened to him in high school. So hopefully it goes away for another 5 years. Truth is, given his size and the violence and aggressiveness rose plays with I kinda expect there to be constant injuries. Kinda like Wade.

I didnt understand this article, and im not sure what its supposed to mean. That Lin has put up great numbers for a week? That is obvious. Obviously the very best guards ever would also have periods with huge numbers.

Good call. Rose is 100prct healthy if he doesn't do 22 minutes last Wednesday. I take it you have never done anything remotely physical in your life given your odd stance regarding playing time and injury. Do you feel your anecdotal experiences with physical activity qualify you to diagnose roses back? Why does 99prct of people posting here seem to think they know more about roses health than the medical and coaching staff of the bulls. or that the people with tangible stakes in roses longterm health are being reckless. The medical staff has full access to rose and the coaching staff works him out everyday. Wednesday the coaches, trainers and Derrick felt like he could play, or perhaps wanted to see if his back was capable of game level stress. he played 22 minutes and reaggrevated his back. We don't have any clue what would have happened if he didn't play, and the injury is just as likely to flare up in his workouts, practice or the next game. It's not like he is sprawled out on the baseline getting treatment during games and then forcing himself back out there (like amare did for two weeks last year). That would be "gutting it out".

I'm not sure how you can call a 20 pt, 8 assist, 6 rebound performance not very good 8-24 is bad. 20 points on 24 shots is bad. his total numbers looked good because every play was through him. i mean, i don't know how you could call 20 points on 24 shots and 6 turnovers for 8 assists a good game. Yea he had a pumped up line. If you play 40 minutes and everything runs through you, and get up 24 shots almost every NBA guard can get a line like hat. John Lucas included. I said it because while espn will focus in on the game winning free throw and the 20 8 and 8, the fact is I believe his lack of talent showed last night and will continue to.

That's very unfair to Lin. Tebow simply sucked, Lin is a guy projected to suck who has had some good games. They are both huge god guys.

Man Whitlock is an idiot. If media people can't control themselves on twitter than don't demand that from the athletes. I haven't heard or read any Whitlock in a while, reading through his tweets it seems likes he's rebranded away from his old uncle Tom routine.

I dont think anybody is saying its impossible to beat the heat in a series. If a team is hot (Dallas) and the breaks go their way (Dallas) you can beat any great team in a series. But its definately going to be an underdog win. We averaged 16 points in the 4rth quarter in those last 4 playoff games, it kinda tells me that the Heat can zip us up when they need to. We need to play 5-6 great games to beat them.
