Hopefully Baylor, A&M, Missouri and K-State do the Big XII proud. Granted, UNI was tough. Heck, I bet Kansas would've rather played one of the Big East powder puffs than UNI. They probably envy Missouri. Tee hee.
Right. No matter what happens next year, we should definitely limit the Big East to five teams, based on this tiny sample of games. I'm glad you're on board!
I wish I had realized that. I just didn't think their region was that tough. Has there ever been a more pathetic showing by a conference that got eight teams in? I think they need to be limited to five next year.
Spoke too soon. Who doesn't want to see a profile of a bunch of Kentucky freshmen that probably accepted bribes from Calipari? We'll look back on this in three years and talk about the banners they had to take down.
Oh, and it's good to see nobody's giving Missouri a chance against West Virginia. I don't think they'll win, but if they can get WV playing at their pace, they have a good shot.
The Rams are doing a good job this offseason adding depth. They signed Fred Robbins to add to the defensive line, signed Hank Fraley to compete for a starting job and be a backup center and are now working on Kevin Dockery, a good nickel corner. Hopefully a new deal is worked out and the cap returns next season. They'll be flush with cash and able to add A-list free agents.
