You all have a point, but that season was kind of forgettable and it wound up producing four more unwanted years of Kyle Lohse. In all seriousness, the signing of Miles doesn't kill the team. It hurts me to say that. But I think it's extremely unnecessary because he doesn't give the team anything that Ruben Gotay or Tyler Greene can't provide (and I can't stand Greene). The real hysterics will come when La Russa regularly starts Schumaker, Miles and Lopez on the infield. I will fully support Brad Penny dropkicking La Russa and Mozeliak for their stupidity.
