The Cubs are going to whack Suppan around like a pinata. I feel so confident that at least three different Cubs take him deep that I'm sorry I didn't take a flight to Las Vegas to put money on it.

I loathe the organization's attachment to Miles, but I think La Russa has finally figured out that if he only gives him a handful of at-bats instead of inexplicably starting him every fifth day that he does well. That way he doesn't test the BABIP gods too often.

The Cubs are still on my TV, more than 150 times a year because I HAVE DIRECTV i honestly don't understand why anyone who can get it doesn't. Because I don't feel like paying $180 to watch maybe half the games. There's so many on during the day that it's hard to justify paying that much for really so few games. My cable bill is way too high already. BUT MAN YOU REALLY NEED TO SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY YOU DONT HAVE AND GET IT EVEN AS JUST A STATUS SYMBOL TO TELL EVERYONE ON THE INTERNET HOW COOL YOU ARE!!! what a weird post I think it was his brother Robert.

Josh Johnson is the Cy Young right now and it's not particularly close. Wainwright and Jimenez are pretty even, but Johnson's other-worldly. -

Add Butler, Pittman and Some European Guy to the list. Ilgauskas has interest in the Heat too. When can we expect Jim Gray to sit down with Theo Ratliff so he can tell us that he's taking his talents to South Beach? And how funny would it be to see Ratliff and Udonis Haslem recreate the Leno interview with Garnett and Allen from 2008: Ratliff: How you doin' champ? Haslem - I'm good, champ, how are you?
