    Sadly, Bud Selig does not have that power. If he did, the blackout rules would be a lot better. As bad as Selig is, the government is much worse when it comes to using common sense. Who is responsible for the blackout rules then? You don't get a FSN Astros station? Not at work. Blackout rules are really strange. I lived with a friend before my girlfriend, and I would be able to see all rays and marlins games. However, my buddy who lived only about 20 minutes away from me would be blacked out. Now that I have moved to St. Petersburg though, I can't get rays games anymore. I haven't tried the marlins yet.
