  1. Either a miracle happens right here, or at least I can turn off the TV and wait for a possible second game.
  2. The Schwarber-Bryant-Zobrist plan in that spacious type outfield will be something to watch, but let's give it a whirl.
  3. That is THE best offensive lineup we have got. Happ and Bote are about the same, but Bote has the magic.
  4. Oh, I knew what you meant. I stand by what I wrote. I thought that was sarcasm. Yikes. Wait. People still value Addison Russell?
  5. Would have been totally worth it to trade Russell for three months of Machado. Next year goofy Oh, I knew what you meant. I stand by what I wrote.

  7. Good God he sucks so bad. So happy we only have him for three more seasons after this one.
  8. For some reason, I thought Strasburg was taken out. That sucks.
  9. Alright, buddy. Do me a favor. Go look at Kris Bryant and see what it says for his free agent date. He’s a free agent after the 2021 season. Kris Bryant is. So is Addison Russell.
  10. If the Cubs do their job, I don't think they are done scoring tonight.
  11. Right. Which means he's a free agent after 2021. Listen, I look at the dude's stats all the time and cry. This is his fourth season. His first season he played 142 games but it didn't "count" as a year. So this is his third full season. You get six and then you're a free agent. You don't even have to apologize when you realize I'm right, because it means he will be off the team sooner than later. Sorry but youre wrong.. He becomes a FA in the 2022 offseason, not the 2021 offseason.. Hence Earliest FA 2022 Alright, buddy. Do me a favor. Go look at Kris Bryant and see what it says for his free agent date.
  12. Why Heyward? He has like a .650 OPS since June Yeah, the best lineup possible was the one from yesterday. It's not our defense lineup, but it's our most potent.
  13. It would be. But he's a free agent after 2021 just like a lot of our guys. I am willing to be corrected, but I'm quite sure I'm not wrong. I hope I'm not, at least. Earliest FA 2022 Right. 14. You're going to have to show your work on that one, fella. FA after 2022 would mean he has 4 years left, I have no idea if 2022 is the year but 2019, 2020, 21 And 22 is 4 years. It would be. But he's a free agent after 2021 just like a lot of our guys. I am willing to be corrected, but I'm quite sure I'm not wrong. I hope I'm not, at least.
  15. Thank God he actually only has three years left of control after this one. He a FA after the 2022 season You're going to have to show your work on that one, fella.
  16. I'm just hoping we can convince other teams that he sucks because he was injured this year, when it truth, he just sucks. I think there will be teams who would take him based on his age,4 yrs of control, and defense at SS.. Thank God he actually only has three years left of control after this one.
