I don't even have the stomach to look at GameDay. I really have no idea how close we were to them tying or winning that game or what runners were on what base, but it seemed scary.
I understand it's going to be stressful because that's what has to happen in my sporting life, but I really want to see that sweet, sweet W flag by Tim.
I’m on edge and you guys are killing me with these posts because they all seem doomish and then I’m forced to go look for the bad news and see it’s 0-0. I hate everything.
Good thing we’re the Ace Killers Real Ace killers. Not “this team doesn’t have an ace so this guy is it” killer. They will probably struggle against that.
If true, they are in big trouble then. Because this time next week, they still haven't gotten a day off and they have to play this team three more times before they do. This team is about to improve to 6-9 (nice) against the Cubs this year. They aren’t that good. The Cubs are still the better team and 2 games aren’t changing that. I still ride with Duker. But, I was just commenting that if he is right that they are tired, they ain't getting a blow any time real soon.

This is 100 percent accurate, but I just don't feel real confident about that. For whatever reason, this team isn't scoring many runs against them this year.
That's really meant a whole horsefeathering lot these first two games. It’s baseball. The better team doesn’t always win. But it all evens out in the end. I'm just venting because I hate the VBs and the Cubs are melting down.
He cant make outs if pitchers walk him[emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] That was just a setup to my joke on my next post about how that was his slugging percentage.
Yeah, sure, agreed. But why the horsefeathers would they win tomorrow? Because they are a better team. That's really meant a whole horsefeathering lot these first two games.
