The way Joe managed game 7 last year, he makes me nervous. But I’m going to stay optimistic because faith is going to be the X factor tonight.

Can’t have that talk. It’s a waste of time to look at lineup, pitching matchups, weather, bullpen decisions, etc. This game is going to come down to which fans have more faith.

It the Cubs hitters couldn't do anything against Scherzer when he couldn't get his fastball within a foot of the strike zone, I don't think they'll suddenly pound him on short rest.

I saw another quote where the Nationals said they made the decision at 8am this morning after Strasburg had some miracle elixir. So it seems like it was just one big horsefeathers-show and then Dusty tried to be crafty and not announce it until the official lineup card. I can’t remember the last time I was this confident of a Cubs win.
