  1. They claim they are offering Cole, so yeah they aren't trading up 6-10 spots
  2. Wonder if he's the one who gets called up for Lake, if Lake goes to the DL
  3. Yeah that was cool, feel so bad for him.
  4. Bryant with his first non-HR hit
  5. Yeah good pick up for them, can slide Oladipo to SG now and put Payton at PG.
  6. 16 and 19 for him, as Simmons just said helps them save some money in a Melo acquisition
  7. Stauskus is much better than Jimmer, more athletic and 4-5 inches taller. Probably nearly as good a shooter You are probably right, but Harris and Vonleh were there. Don't disagree that Harris was a better option, just that Staukus-Jimmer comp isn't right. I think they should have gone Elfrid Payton, personally.

  9. Yeah, basically what PG/Boogie did this past offseason
  10. Exum, Burke and Burks along with potentially keeping Hayward who plays some 2. Seems like too many guards unless they plan on letting Hayward walk or trading Burke/Burks.
  11. It's 4 I thought? First 2 years guaranteed and then 2 team option years follow that. Yeah but after that they can give him a qualifying offer or try to extend him. If he doesn't take the qualifying offer or refuses an extension, he can become a RFA, which in that case, the team can match any offer. So essentially they control him for 5 years, but if he doesnt take the QO, they control him for at least 3 more years (standard post-rookie contract) Yeah I know he's essentially guaranteed to be around longer with how the CBA works I was just saying only 4 are "guaranteed." With Derwood saying he's 3 years and out.

  13. Really like that pick for Philly, worth the risk with still having pick 10. Easily could have gotten the best player in the draft
  14. Parker/Giannis could be a really good core to build around. They could be something in 2ish years. And they control Parker for, 4 years.
  15. Wiggins=Gerald Green
  16. Seriously, what the hell is that trade, Orlando?
  17. http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lrlinuX7VB1qg6v9wo1_400.gif
  18. And Manny is now with Iowa, idk if he will get into a game today though.
  19. Pretty good trade for both teams. Step 1 for Houston to afford Melo or LBJ. Holiday/Gordon/Evans/Davis/Asik isn't a bad starting 5, too bad they are in the west though. That's definitely a playoff team in the East if they are healthy. Pelicans also have 9 and 24 in the draft this year, seems like they could use a shooter to that lineup. Add Stauskus, Harris, Dougie in and that could be a pretty good team.
  20. When do they consider turning Lake into a pitcher with his arm?
  21. This kid a [expletive] dork, wtf is he?
  22. Yeah, I saw that too. Really dumb if they didn't take that/it's true. I also saw that Orlando offered the same to Milwaukee for #2, I think it possibly involved Milwaukee sending like John Henson or a 2nd round pick. Also dumb if true, that Milwaukee didn't accept.
  23. The Knicks-Mavs deal is complete
  24. I voted like 5 times. I did Lucroy-C, Aramis-3B, Tulo-SS, Utley 2B, Rizzo-1B, Stanton/Puig/Gomez OF
  25. Was he given more money or power/authority for his position when he was brought in here compared to others in his position in MLB?
