He looked really, really bad. Think, what Jacque Jones looked like when you know he was going up there with it predetermined in his mind he was swinging and missing at the first 3 pitches he saw no matter the location.

What's wrong with Dalton? He hasn't really put up the points yet this year but is playing well. I think Tennessee has the worst pass D of those opponents too. AJ Green likely not playing is a big reason I prefer Cousins. I also think WSH will have to put up some points and pass a lot to keep up with PHI.

Arrieta's fWAR going into last night's start was 4.1, it's now up to 4.6. If he qualified he'd have the 10th highest fWAR in MLB and 2nd highest in the NL.

Got to go with Alshon assuming health. I like Watkins, but have no real confidence in him from week to week. My question is more soliciting advice - should I keep CJ Spiller in the two leagues I have him in and hope he keeps playing well or look to sell high? And if I sell, what is good value for him in a standard, non-PPR league? Yeah, I meant to qualify it with if it looks like Alshon is going to play but misses some practice this week as he clearly was a bit hobbled out there. What are your areas of need in your league with Spiller and is it a keeper?
