    Every time they bring Mooney in the booth it's just kinda awkward. Like they half ask him questions and he gives short responses and doesn't really keep the conversation going.

    Don't mind the strategy going college picks and guys that could move faster and may be a little safer but have lower ceilings, I guess. Since our window is just opening now for long-term contention (and we already have guys up and in the minors that are/could be roster cornerstones) it will be nice to, hopefully, have some quick movers to provide MLB help as role players. If you want to look at it from a glass half full standpoint

    See Chicago sports fans are going to find anything they can to put down LeBron but if LeBron wins this series, he's no doubt in the same class as Michael. When Michael retired and played baseball, the Bulls were a 2nd round team that could have easily gone to the Finals. This Cavs team without Love and Kyrie wins 25 at best if LeBron went and played football. Whatever the case, LeBron is amazing and we need to respect his greatness. Lebron is already in MJ's class regardless of this series outcome and really whatever happens the rest of his career. But I still don't like him or really enjoy watching him all that much.

    Yes and was probably the #2 piece (behind Maybin) in the trade to Miami for Cabrera No. He was in the Anibal Sanchez trade. That's right, Andrew Miller was the pitcher with Maybin.

    Pawelek gave up 0 ER in 63 IP while striking out 132. Even for fun, I just can't get excited by high school stats anymore. Why did Pawelek bust? Wasn't his stuff nasty? Just bad control or? Never came back from the dust up with a PS3

    I don't think he'll be "a stud" but if he can even be an average closer I do like the idea of being able to use Rondon in higher leverage situations. Being able to use Strop, Grimm, Rondon and hopefully Ramierz in higher leverage spots in the 6th-8th probably makes the bullpen better if Soriano can just be a average closer.

    I really hope that Dewees can play CF up the ladder. The idea of him in LF is very unappetizing. He's not going to RF on a 35 arm, that's for sure. Has anyone ever developed a stronger OF arm through working on form? Mind you I'm not talking about going from 35 to 60; just maybe 35 to 40. Probably? Especially if they can find something mechanically I would imagine it isn't impossible to have a guy go from say a Juan Pierre (downright bad) arm to a Dexter Fowler arm (a little below average).

    Who are some guys to look for day 2? Guessing Happ and Dewees should both sign for around slot or less, any over slot guys?
