  1. I wonder how much energy these guys waste with their celebrations
  2. Minnesota just failed to score in the first quarter against Detroit? Not that I'm rooting for them to win, but boo!
  3. wow, nice throw under pressure :?
  4. What is with that ref? (the way he was talking and thinking that it was the quarterback involved)
  5. wow, brown! looks like he was down?
  6. Uverse's normal crappy HD feed here
  7. have they ever explained why they keep kicking off? Trying to start the game with a strong defensive stand?
  8. I was wondering why I was feeling so excited for this game and then I remembered the ClaritinD I took. I wish something worked as well as pseudoephedrine without the meth effect. In NBA news, a 6'3" player making $11,000,000 this season severely injured his ankle while riding a moped.
  9. While I was rooting for TB to show up in the playoffs, I cannot understand rooting for them to win. Every time a team like that wins. people harass Cub fans more. Go Phillies.
  10. I have such a hard time rooting for the phillies when they're playing a team with cub-like colors. Just feels wrong. Also, the way they're greenscreening that ad behind home makes the pitcher look like he's superimposed.
  11. Not voting turned out to be the correct answer
  12. Wow, it looks like you're right. While I was checking that out, I noticed Cincinnati's body of work. Took the Giants to OT, lost by a TD in NY, pushed the Cowboys in Dallas, 1 td loss to the Ravens. Beaten badly by the Titans and (the bad part of their resume) lost to the Browns. That's not a team that's 0-5 bad.
  13. Two of their TDs would likely not have occurred without bad penalty calls (the giant pass interference in the end zone and the Howry roughing the passer call that kept the drive alive, I think). The third was an int for a TD that happened because of a bad pass and a wide receiver slipping so he couldn't do anything (and a nice runback) The two teams did not appear to be of roughly equal talent. And Jacksonville was favored.
  14. Having a running back on your team about to turn 29 is usually a bad idea. Jacksonville went from looking good to being embarrassed by Pittsburgh in florida. that was some one-sided reffing in that game, and I was rooting for (betting on) Jax.
  15. that was an amusing fumble runback in the dal/cin game
  16. Orton did not consistently underthrow receivers downfield. that was very nice.
  17. Why did Tampa and Denver start playing early?
  18. But why couldn't they cover? Jerks.
  19. Nice pass to lose the game, "Sage" So, is Tomlinson done as an elite back?
  20. heck of a game so far
  21. unusual challenge. At least he'll win it
  22. 16 of 20, 145.2 QB rating. It doesn't sound like there were any injuries in the first half for the Bears. more than 10 YPA
  23. So are the Bears the best team in a bad division? I still need to watch a Vikings game
