  1. That was great all around
  2. That half did not suck.
  3. that was a really difficult throw. Davis, on the other hand, screwed up something easy (not that I'm sure he could reasonably have gotten to it)
  4. Hate having to root for that douche.
  5. Should I be bothered or not that the refs are on steroids?
  6. Are we drinking every time he signals for a 1st down? hate that man. Ridiculously lucky they didn't pick that.
  7. Wow, and I was at a party with a bunch of despondent Michigan fans in the middle of the third quarter.
  8. wow, that worked
  9. Oregon State's punter just punted for -4 yards with no wind and no one near him.
  10. Did Woodson punch a guy under the pads and then call for a flag in the same gesture?
  11. I'm eagerly awaiting Hungry Hungry Hippos on the big screen
  12. the ump definitely would have called Reed out if they'd bothered to tag him. lol
  13. Just saw Grantland is doing a 4 part NFL preview. One part for teams they think have no shot of competing, teams that they expect to decline, those they expect to improve, and those they expect to compete for the title. Guess which of the groups the Bears fall into
  14. Josh Davis just had a comically bad attempt at pass blocking. Promote that man!
  15. freeman got sacked half as much as cutler and bradford would get smooshed and go away forever. Freeman's offensive line was actually almost as bad last year and yet freeman got sacked half as much despite cutler being one of the best scramblers not named vick in the league. The argument for the two teams being close in OL quality is based on rating the Bears run defense as #21 and their pass defense as the worst. For their overall rating to be worse than Tampas, their pass defense needed to be a lot worse.
  16. shocked that was caught
  17. After 110 total pitches, the Giants were +7 in false strikes for them/false balls for us on called pitches. Nice. (going by pitchf/x). Looks like 53 pitches, or 13% of calls blown in their favor net.
  18. Ramirez does not look like his legs are feeling good.
  19. That's not going to end well. And that makes me happy. Stupid Eagles.
  20. And the game ends by Byrd getting tag-punched in the broken side of his face
