    At first I feared ACL but the replay made it look more like he jammed it. Good news is he walked it off and didnt seem like he was in terrible pain. Bad news is Derrick Rose walked it off as well in 2012... Please be okay starlin...

    Who cares where they play? If Russell is a better piece than Castro, Baez or whoever then you keep him and let KB move to LF. On that note, I remember early Theo speak when he spoke about developing of players with more versatility. It certainly gives them more options. I want Stanton, Soler, and Bryant in the same lineup.. to do that you need Bryant at 3b.

    I do not desire this. I don't care what Baseball America says. I doubt Bryant is that terrible at 3b, I think to put an infield together with those bats is worth some subpar performance with the gloves.

    Im ok with Addison being the centerpiece to the Stanton deal because that would allow Bryant to stay at 3B. I think that could be unprecedented power to have an infield with Rizzo, Javy, and Bryant... then corner outfielders in Stanton & Soler. Just ridiculous.

    Arizona and Baltimore are stupid is I think the main thing to take from McCarthy and Arrietta. Also Bundy in Baltimore event though it was literally his best pitch and did Arizona make Bauer stop throwing one too? Poor Bundy, had a wicked cutter that put minimal stress on the arm (I know it can put slightly more stress than a 4seamer but still nowhere near the stress of Cuvers, Slurves, Splitters, Sliders, and Sinkers). Baltimore forces him to stop throwing his cutter and instead throw more offspeed pitches (which I believe there was a bit of a conflict between the Bundy camp and Baltimore organization about this even before the injury). Then about 90 days later he blows out his elbow throwing more offspeed pitches. Will never know if that was the cause of the stress on the elbow but I could see the Bundy camp blaming the O's stupid organization for wanting a 100mph fastball guy with wicked movement to start ripping off tons of sliders/curves.

    I dont know if the Dominican is the same but in Jamaica the drivers are absolutely insane. Driving 60 mph on side streets, drivers passing in oncoming traffic literally constantly.

    I was surprised that I don't see many people making rich man's Soriano comp for Baez. I leave the smart baseball stuff to the rest of you guys but the high power, high strikeout, low walk profile screams Soriano, no? I've been saying it for.. well for like 6 months. A mid 90's (pre 60hr Sammy) with less SB's in the middle infield is what I'm envisioning from Baez. Which is an awesome player. That bat speed reminds me a ton of young Sammy too.
