Given the way the two teams were constructed last year, the fact that the Bulls lost their superstar for the season, and that Thibs was forced to play offensively limited players long minutes... wouldn't you expect the Bulls to have terrible PERs? I'm not sure what you're saying, shouldn't the Bulls have terrible PERs because they weren't very good? That's the problem, and a rather chicken-egg one. The only guy that really nosedived was Boozer, and he's old and broken-down. I honestly have no idea what to expect from Rose, or what to do about him. Well... yeah. That was my point. I, on the otherhand, am trying to compare this year's Spurs team with a potential Bulls roster that includes additions not named Carmelo, LeBron, and Love.
