  1. He's being paid a zillion dollars and has a .760 OPS. Who cares if he came through one time. Bob was ripping him last year when he had a much better OPS. lazy is lazy regardless of performance. Soriano has done more than enough this year to justify Bob's response even if it doesn't necessarily apply to that particular play.
  2. Miles inches closer and closer to a nearly historically bad .450 OPS.
  3. Pass I would rather let Cashner have a shot. I thought Cashner was a late inning bullpen arm? His .88 ERA starting for Tennessee disagrees.
  4. Did you see how that 2B was actually able to range to the middle Fontenot? Yeah, you should learn to do that too.
  5. Yup, that's about enough. Time to take a couple innings off.
  6. Fantastic, a few more of those and I can consider going to bed early.
  7. Lee isn't holding anyone on, why was Fontenot playing so ridiculously far towards first base?
  8. This has game has started with the potential to be absolutely maddening.
  9. Miles and his .497 OPS are truly remarkable. It has to rank amongst the worst seasons in MLB history.
  10. Any chance at all he'd make it through waivers? He's really cheap and really good... Despite what Harold Reynolds say, I think it would be impossible for him to clear waivers.
  11. Really happy to hear this; I didn't think the Cubs would pay him what he wanted. If they can sign Eric Whaley, I'll be pretty thrilled with how things have gone.
  12. hmm, I thought Bradley hit that a lot better.
  13. He is going to be a seriously valuable trade chip in the offseason.
