    Valbuena hit his 4th and 5th HRs last night and is sporting a .938OPS so far this season.

    If there ever was a time to sell high on The Southern League Player of the Week, INFIELDER Dan Vogelbach, now is the time. If the medicals look alright I want Alex Cobb, he's under control through 2017 and dominant. I just wonder if it could get done without Baez or Schwarber.

    Lost in the barrage of singles for Castro, he only has two extra base hits so far. Hasn't really been driving anything. Granted if he's going to .330 it doesn't really matter.

    Yup. He's made it almost impossible for him to go the other way or get to a pitch outside corner.

    It is laughable how [expletive] awful this team is with men on base. Just amazing how inept they are with men on 3B and less than 2 outs.

    Coghlan just absolutely sucks with men on base. How hard is it to hit a sac fly?

    My only complaint so far is pulling Hendricks after 81 pitches. Pulling him early led to this exhausted bullpen the Cubs now have.

    Yeah Parker hurt and Rivero pitching like [expletive]. German scares me even more than Schlitter.

    When you watch Schlitter do it over and over, expecting something else today is in fact stupid. do what over and over? he's very much a ground ball pitcher. Well the 2 HRs in 3 1/3IP coming into today for one.
