This is what happens when you have ownership who dictate to run their respective teams like they are a small market. At least the Sox have an excuse to run their teams this way. Their fans don't show up. Cubs fans show up just about no matter what. Jed is just a company man for these terrible people -

Yeah today was the game I was worried about. After last night's near disaster, this is hardly a walk in the park.

Cubs are starting a stretch of 22 games against teams all under .500. Haven't looked at the Brewers schedule but hope it's a heavy dose of Phillies, Braves,Dodgers,Yankees, and Orioles lol.

The ceiling for this team is 87 wins. I don't know why many are surprised or angry. They probably played a bit over their heads in April.
