Nova over Virgina, went chalk Lots of people picking Loyola to make sweet sixteen so i picked them to lose to Miami. Interested how this Fast Break feature works on the the CBS March Madness App. Looks like it is very similar to Red Zone.

Any site that spends that much time on a daily basis breaking down intricacies of each day's sports radio programming is bound to be full of some really weird cats. That site has always been extremely bizarre. Good to have when the big events go down though. I came across their 2016 WS thread and skipped to the 8th inning of Game 7, quite the read.

They are saying Bernstein requested the change to spend more time with his kids. So does this mean Spiegel is out too?

would they just go back to mac and spiegel and put parkins with bernstein? the latter would be a show i could really get behind, while anything with mcneil i'm not sure i'd even turn on. I too would love to hear Parkins with Bernstein. The afternoon drive is their bread and butter, and also where it seems when the largest percentage of meatballs call in, that was the only reason I thought they might move McNeil there.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put McNeil with Bernstein. Maybe I will go look for that chicago sports radio message board and see what they are saying.

I just signed up for The Athletic. $40 for a year. I am impressed. I can cancel within first 7 days but in the two hours I spent reading, it has far exceeded my expectations.

Yes plz It was a done deal right around the time Jersey posted it. I like the trade, little peeved they traded him in the Central, but maybe they got a bigger return because of that.

I would say so. The highlight was when Clemens was going for win #300 and Eric Karros homered off Juan Acevedo to ruin it. Acevedo went to my high school, he graduated several years before me. He ended up coming back to town and was at the bar later that night. People were giving him so much horsefeathers. He did buy a round of Patron for everyone.

Ha, I got tickets to the Red Sox too. I was at work and had 3 computers going with around 50 windows open on each. (Control T?) can't remember. Anyway I got in within 15 seconds on one and bought bleachers for the Friday game that Maddux homered

So $1 per week for the Athletic? I always told myself I would never pay for sports content or any news content. But then I remembered I used to pay 35 cents daily for the Sun Times back in the day and that was garbage.

My dad woke me up to break the news to me and I cried like a bitch I was definitely hurling some, "but WHY's?!?" at my dad when he was explaining it to me. I couldn't even process why the Cubs wouldn't pay him whatever he wanted. Similar experience to me. My dad basically said "The Cubs have always been cheap as horsefeathers and always will be"

Wow, just read a few brewerfan.net threads. LOL some of the posts there. Espeically KeithStone. Some level headed posts, but the thread about their Wisconsin only ticket preseale takes the cake. I just can't wait until the September series when they are 20 games back of the Cubs en route to a 77-85 record.
