I think there are pieces that are fun, like Morel, Steele, Wisdom when hes on and hopefully Mervis, but most of the excitement is in the minors I'd say

People who have watched Fields seem to feel otherwise. Fields has his flaws; the short game, holding on too long, but he also sets QB records. And he isn't an idiot. the franchise does pivot on him right now, but hes already showing competency

I think in todays NFL, CB is always a need unless you have 23 Deion Sanders
  15. minnesotacubsfan
nah, one can squint and see a 3 tech and a DT, CB, OT 4

I agree with this, IF Carter didnt show up to his pro day with a huge monkey on his back and unmotivated. I still would have drafted him, but with perspective I can see Poles decision Poles still took the hard way: Wright has to pan out

  24. minnesotacubsfan
Maybe, Schmitz could be a choice too

I read that Wright shut Anderson down, basically man/kid style. And I'll reiterate that RT's are as valuable as LT's, so I can buy the idea that Poles and Co thought he was the best tackle option. But damn...Carter
