  1. Maybe, Schmitz could be a choice too
  2. I read that Wright shut Anderson down, basically man/kid style. And I'll reiterate that RT's are as valuable as LT's, so I can buy the idea that Poles and Co thought he was the best tackle option. But damn...Carter
  3. Mauch, Harrison and Jones according to PFF https://www.pff.com/news/draft-2023-nfl-draft-top-10-offensive-tackle-rankings
  4. While I would have taken Carter, I also 100% agree with you on Wright. If I pass on Carter I want tg player I can get. poles thinks that's Wright. I guess we'll find out
  5. I hope I'm wrong and they find something in Wright no one else is, but I can't help but have deja vu. The feeling I have is the same feeling I had when I heard the name "Marc Colombo" on draft day.
  6. No he won't. Hell need Carter to fail AND Wright to be successful to look smart i feel like it's actually the bigger gamble, and kind of a dumb choice
  7. Says who? You could forget about Skoronski and gotten 2-3 better thought of prospects at T Not to mention Edge players that were still available,
  8. There were 4 other tackles rated higher. They must think he's the guy for some reason, but what exactly?
  9. I guess I look at it like this: with a top 10 pick, the Bears need the best skill player available. Robinson is def one of the top skill players in the draft, and I don't really think there will be any offensive skill players who are better at 9. Maybe a CB or two, that would be my other choice. I feel like they can clean up the lines in the 2nd-4th rounds
  10. Idk, I think it would be hard for me to pass on Robinson at 9. RB and all, but still a playmaker
  11. I'd hate the pick at 9, and I'd rather have a more versatile tackle then a primary right tackle
  12. F-any team that is Chicago or Canadian
  13. I agree, it sucks
  14. i hate lotteries when it comes to draft pick slotting
  15. I hope Toews gets a hat trick tonight. screw the tank
  16. yea, as much as i hate Michigan for reasons, Fantilli is legit
  17. For the record, playing soft up 1 goal in the 3rd of a Championship game is the dumbest way to live. He's (Motzko) done a great job of resurrecting our program, but horsefeathers that horsefeathers
  18. Says the U of I grad with no actual clue as to what college hockey is or championships in any sport for that matter
