  1. Last year Rolen was ran over by Choi and was done for the year. The curse thing gets old. and then Nunez has a 900+ ops for two and a half months. I don't believe in a curse either, but there really has to be some other force at work here. I told you...the CURRENT GODS-DIETIES HATE US seriously
  2. he hit too well last night. gotta curb that enthusiasm
  3. I think we should burn down Chicago and sacrifice all our current players to various gods. yeah, but we are going to have to invent a few new gods, cauze the current ones hate us
  4. That pitch has been called a strike all day, but it still looked high. It was hardly betwen the belt and the knees. you called me, I am dependand on gameday.... It looked good according to them....

  8. becaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuuuuseeeeee.walker is clogging up the bases with all of those walks!!! niefury doesnt do that!!!!
  9. I dont like this. Williamson has been pitching waay too well
  10. huh. I fully expected to see ponson pitch the 6th
  11. I wonder how that would be ruled? Would be like at Wrigley when the ball goes into the ivy? Well since Ponson would technicly be in possesion of the ball but unable to throw out the runner, the runner would basicly be able to get an inside the park HR. unless ponson somehow manages to chase downt he runner and bodyslam them, tagging the runner out with his fat rolls  I went too far with that one............
  12. Well, he's not a jerk like Bonds or Sheffield, etc. He's not a recluse like McGwire was. He seems like a good guy off the field. It's hard not to like him. I'm a cubs fan. I have no problem not liking him
  13. there is the long game, then theres Pierre's game wow
  14. very good inning. went throught the heart of the order and didnt really have anything hit hard...other then maybe edmonds
  15. cool. look forward to reading it.
  16. I like this idea. It may take away some range, but the prospect of a defensive end defending 1st base I like alot...
  17. I'm done being consevative. this is like an abused wife going back to the abusive husband, over and over. the cubs are killing me. Feeling a twinge under your arm? I know I am. oo..that was a twinge?? felt like a sword stab... ](*,)
