  1. I belive they do.... I wish I could wathc this game...I'm missing MArshalls curve :(
  2. at night, the air sinks (flows downhill) in Chavez Revine. Its hard to hit a hr in the eveing there. during the day, as the heat rises from the LA basin, WHOLE nother story. think of it like Wrigley West Yeah, the patterns are kind of interesting. Just because this is a night game, it won't get dark until 8pm or so. And even then, the marine layer doesn't always settle in at dusk. Sometimes, it creeps in while it's still light out. But on a clear, sunny day, all bets are off on how many runs can score. It's interesting stuff, really. Dodger Stadium is my 2nd favorite stadium. I like the design, not a bad seat in the house, and the way it plays, day vs night. Cubbie games there are a treat

  4. wow you're not kidding about the downhill thing: Tatis: 1999, OPS = 957 2000, OPS = 870 2001, OPS = 702 2002, OPS = 698 2003, OPS = 544 eehh emmm.. (roids)
  5. Dunn ahead of Bay? Why? Because everyone on NSBB is obsessed with Dunn. DONT BE HATIN' [-(
  6. here I thought this was Kerry Wood :(
  7. O M G thats friggen hilarious
  8. Jake, this is not intended to be a knock against Maholm, but didn't you think the Cards should have scored more runs against him with the way he was pitching (running deep into counts, getting behind batters, the walks). I think we had 16 LOBs. If Pujols goes down, Cards are in big trouble. HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION what if steve bartman showed up at a cardinals game and beat the crap out of pujols and albert had to miss the rest of the season? how far would this go towards redeeming him in the eyes of the public? I'd buy him a drink at the Cubbie Bear-but I would still keep my distance
  9. you got hosed, Tommy!!!
