Except the McDaniels stuff was clearly McDaniels fault. Everything about his tenure in Denver screamed he was in over his head and incapable of dealing with others. He tried to replace his franchise QB before meeting him and then people were surprised that Cutler was pissed at him and didn't trust him? No QB is going to take that lightly. The body language is questionable, but I don't see a "not my fault" aspect to it, more like, "oh well, just have to try again later". Clearly McDaniels was at fault in Denver, but Cutler could have handled it better. And the fact that there was a rift just fuels the fire that Cutler is a prick. The media can (and did) look at it as Cutler didn't have to make 2 wrongs by wanting out and working it out as a young QB with his new young coach. f-that. Culter handles it better = not in Bears uniform. besides, as hell bent as MickieD was to get rid of Cutler, he would have sooner or later.
