  1. is he a UFA or a RFA? and if he is a UFA, what would keep him in GB as a #4 as opposed to going to Chicago as a #1?
  2. lo pan you're [expletive] brilliant. ditka for manager, screw quade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Chris Harris has been taking on meatheads all season long on twitter. really? he's been taking on dumb jocks in tight shirts with tribal tattoos? i believe the term you're looking for is meatball. it's not fashionable anymore to confuse the two. I'm pretty sure many nfl players would qualify as meathead, LoPan
  4. yea, I mean the Bears front office has been historically fantastic when it comes to PR opportunities, how could they possibly screw this up???? the bears are just bad at this kind of thing, but hte hate for cutler is much much worse and more irresponsible
  5. I doubt the medical staff would have let him play in the SB
  6. grade II http://www.suntimes.com/3468147-417/bears-cutler-mcl-knee-smith.html
  7. LOL please tell me there are only like 7 votes. more like 7000. whats interesting is as made as everyone supposedly should be, all the questions involving Cutler have favorable responses for him from Illinois. so, most Bear fans seem to support him, its the non-bear fans that now dis-like him
  8. grade II http://www.suntimes.com/3468147-417/bears-cutler-mcl-knee-smith.html what a [expletive]
  9. thanks for bringing that up. I had completely forgotten about it
  10. not to mention its a pain killer and would have done nothing to actually stabilize his knee. hell, even wrapping the hell out of it to keep it stable would have simply made him entirely immobile. then he would have died from a concussion with that o-line.
  11. I want Kruetz back next season for no other reason then to go head hunting after the likes of Samuel
  12. I abruptly told my boss I wasnt in the mood to talk. granted, there is alot more going in in my life besides the Bears, that aren't good and I'm having the shittiest weekend in forever, that wasnt a stable move on my part.
  13. You can send him to the Titans if you'd like. we'll need a few draft picks.
  14. some guys like getting pissed on, tho. The Rex Ryan types
  15. Instead of getting pissy with me, why don't you go look up Asante Samuel on Twitter and be ignorant to him? Haha, I'M getting pissy. I'd rather get pissy then get pissed on
  16. Not sure why Muhammed and Taylor are on your list. Moose was ok but nowhere near the WR we thought we were getting from Carolina and showed up both Orton and Grossman when they were playing poorly/didn't get him the ball enough. Taylor spent most of the year dodging speculation that he was helping the Vikings by sabotaging the Bears. I would add Rueben Brown to the good FA signings. He was past his prime but he still had some really solid years with the Bears. I think Angelo thought he was getting another Brown when he signed Pace before last year, but that definitely didn't work out. Moose and Taylor were big name signings. That they didn't work out isn't really the point. The point is that Angelo isn't afraid to spend money in FA. exactly, I only point them all out to make the point that Angelo uses that part of the talent pool to a significant degree, at least enough to assume we could go after good offensive lineman.
  17. Trent Dildo was saying"you have to finish this game". I mean seriously? After the coach pulls you, you are going to run out onto the field and take control? these people are [expletive] idiots.
  18. yes, anyone? I'm curious as hell
  19. Angelo plays the FA/Trade market about as well as any other GM. Cutler, Muhommed, Tait, Peppers, Taylor granted last year they went all out and made a big splash, he has consistently used the FA market. I dont think there is any other reason to think he wouldn't this year, other then the CBA junk.
  20. That's the most popular way to classify an in-game injury. I pretty much always hear questionable or doubtful. When Maurkice Pouncey left the Steelers game and it was quite clear he wasn't coming back in (taken off on a cart and hobbling around on crutches) the Steelers announced he was questionable to return. Why they do that I don't know, but it's the popular thing to do. Pouncey's a [expletive] seriously. a sprained ankle? they couldnt just tape that [expletive] up and send him back out? what a joke.
  21. yea, teary-eyed freak boy is on Cutlers crotch now http://www.chicagobreakingsports.com/2011/01/roenick-says-cutler-sure-is-no-hockey-player.html
  22. I like the idea of Jones (WR), I just really worry if he gets here and continues to drop balls. then, you've given alot of money to someone who cant catch. and, I wonder about Sidney Rice. He has to be thinking "Who is my QB?" Just come to Chicago, Rice.
  23. I think Pisa is more valuable toe the run defense then people give him credit for. Far more then Roach. as for the DT's, Toaena will be around. I see them dumping Harrison (or practice squad) and possibly resigning Harris to a incentive contract. But they should def draft for a new one. A stud like the Illinois or North Carolina DT's in the 1st or 2nd makes sense if a stud tackle isnt available.
  24. And I said that...where? I took it as an implication. I didnt think Cutler's demeanor on the sideline was bad in any way.
