  1. big tall slow. mike williams lite?
  2. use the term correctly dammit.
  3. WHAT A [expletive]:
  4. he was a borderline bust and a project for Marinelli. granted, if we had him opposite Peppers, he probably could have really excelled
  5. link doesnt work
  6. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE URLACHER: http://www.chicagobreakingsports.com/2011/01/brian-urlacher-still-upset-over-jay-cutler-criticism.html

  8. I lol'd good for them
  9. the guard play was actually pretty good at the end of the year. this team needs a competent LT. it needs mankins to replace Garza
  10. screw soccer. they can play in Grant Park.
  11. Mark Sanchez, Derek Anderson, Brady Quinn, Ken Dorsey, Bruce Gradkowski, Charlie Frye, Trent Dilfer. Those have been Braylon Edwards' QBs in the NFL. Only twice has he been on an offense that passed for more than 3000 yards. One of those was his near 1300 yard season. The other was this year and he had 904 yards with a very up and down QB. same could be said for Terrell
  12. Edwards just gives me nightmares of David Terrell, although more success. I dont think he is a big improvement over knox. knox nearly had 1000 receiving yards this season, Edwards has only done that once in his career.
  13. the roughing the passer was bs. his helmet does hit Rodgers shoulder, thats why Peppers helmet twists before it hits Rodgers helmet. the only other thing he could have done was to put his helmet in front of rodgers, but even then it would have likely slid up his chest and into rodgers facemask its a no-win for Peppers.
  14. I think Jones is more likely. The Vikings will press hard for Rice, and San Diego may do the same for Jackson. Granted, if they dont, then there is an opportunity for da Bears. but lets say da Bears sign Jackson, won't the media have fun with Cutler and him?
  15. looks like he has a limp to me.
  16. Locker reminds me of Orton a bit.
  17. Pouncey, depending on free agency/CBA talks
  18. WHO??? http://www.santella.org/anthony/ My sarcasm detector is off, but http://www.fightingillini.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/santella_anthony00.html I think he'd be a GREAT pickup if he doesn't get drafted I'm just unfairly picking on Lo Pan and his Illini fetish
  19. WHO??? http://www.santella.org/anthony/
  20. Rosenbloom usually annoys the hell out of me, but sometimes he hits the nail on the head http://blogs.chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/rosenblog/2011/01/tell-you-what-cutlers-image-is-a-lot-better-than-managements-player-evaluations.html
  21. thats too much. $2.5 seems the upper limit to me
  22. o rly all I knew about was his $2.5 salary next year.
  23. Lets see what happens as the offseason gets underway. Jerry makes those decisions. I'm sure Lovie gets a lot of input, but I don't think Lovie really has to worry about payroll the same way Jerry does. Lovie tends to get what Lovie wants. With the way Tommie finished the season, I wouldnt mind giving him a short incentive laden contract to see if he is for real. Even at 90% of 2005 Tommie, he would be the best interior DL we currently have.
