This might be the first seven-win division champion. And Seattle is awful the same way the Rams were awful last season. Hollowed out roster with zero playmakers on either side of the ball. Wow, that is a huge overstatement on Seattle. They are nowhere near as bad as the Rams last year. You have Trufant, Thomas, Tatpu, Curry all playmakers on the defense. Hasselback is still better than any QB in the division and likely better than most in the NFC What?

The back up QB behind Favre doesn't matter much. They'll probably need to worry about the QB next year but I'm sure they could find someone better then Sage or Jackson anyways. As much as it is said every year. Actually the back up for Favre could matter this year.

Yes its time. Lock up the pre season thread. College football "started" tonight and its time to play some football. Best time of the year IMO. And this could be the last 17 week schedule for the NFL. Only time of year where all 32 teams and fans have hope. (Even if its just a little. Im looking at you Cleveland). The Destination is Dallas. Yeah its a 10 team league. Not a big fan of 10 team leagues its just we have had the same guys ever since like 2002. And agreed on Ronnie Brown. I picked him because they play the Bills Week 1. And then I looked at who they play in week 2 and 3 (Minnesota and the Jets) oops.

My guess would be Shortstop. Theriot's UZR/150 at Shortstop In 2007 was 4.4 In 2008 was 2.3 In 2009 was 4.1 2010 the shortstop for the Cubs Ryan Theriot = -17.2 Starlin Castro = -1.7 -
Also, I just realized while looking at Albert's numbers .316 BA (4th) 32 HR (1st) 88 RBI (1st) He trails only Joey Votto (.321), Martin Prado (.319) and Carlos Gonzalez (.318) in BA.

I'm not going to let a preseason game determine what I think of him. I do hope we pressure him consistently on opening day, though. I just have no idea what to expect out of him. He is such a unknown IMO. And agreed about putting pressure on him.
