Trading away a extremely valuable piece in Derosa when you have 1 position when the player misses some time annually and were going after another who books his trips to the DL months in advance Derosa played 402 innings at 3rd base with the cubs Derosa played 597 innings in the outfield with the cubs Letting a good closer go for a average closer at best thus leaving only 1 great guy in the pen that will get overused. And Heilman? What did Hendry think he got Dave Duncan from the Cards as well and magically Heilmans 5+ era would drop?

Everyone keeps saying "we're not this bad"... What does everyone have to base that theory on? Nothing. Our bullpen is horrendous. Marmol - Another 2 walks tonight. Gregg, Heilman, and Guzman - atrocious. The offense SUCKS! Over their past 10 games, they have scored a whopping 38 runs, or 3.8 a game (keep in mind there were two games where they scored 10 and 11). This team is simply not good. They overachieved last season, and this year they are underachieving. I'd say we are an 80-85 win ballclub as we stand right now - a far cry from the 'best team in the NL' or the 'Team to beat in the NL' as everyone has stated. If the bullpen doesn't improve, then we'll be lucky to win 75 games. What do I base the theory on? It's called putting your fandom aside and being objectionable. They were never going to win 97 games. They've had basically everything go wrong so far and they're around .500. Does this team have issues? Absolutely? Could they tank? If they catch some bad breaks, absolutely. But if you look at the roster of this team and the Cardinals and Brewers, they are still better. The offense might not be stacked like last year, but they should be above average still, assuming they stay relatively healthy. The bullpen is the thing I'm concerned about. Sure this offense is stacked but then this happens Ramirez gets hurt and Fontenot takes 3rd, Bradley is a baby who gets injured once a week Miles takes over for Fontenot Lee cant hit Hoffpauir can but Lou hates his defense so now Soriano Fukudome Lee Fontenot Soto Theriot Johnson Miles Pitcher Yup there is nothing at all scary about that lineup

same thing happened for me, It was made up in the summer so they had everyone get a refund for the postponed game so they could charge the higher rates for summer. i think this will be the same because this was a "gold" game and the July series is a "platinum" series

It depends if they will honor them at the next game, sometimes they just say send the tickets in for a refund or you have to go exchange them. I got the run around a couple of years ago when i tried to trade my tickets in after a ppd
