First important result of the day is in the bag: a 3-1 home win against Israel assures a Euro group victory for Belgium ( and apparently the #1 spot on the next Fifa ranking :shock: ) Now, another home win for the Cubs to make it a perfect day :D

Small world soccer story of yesterday: Belgium qualified for next year's Euro Championship by beating Andorra away (as expected) Four minutes before the end, Andorra brought on a midfield sub called Edu Peppe. His day job is working as a waiter in a hotel - the same hotel the Belgian team was staying. So he had started the day serving them breakfast, and ended it facing them in a soccer game. You can't make this [expletive] up :lol: :lol: :lol:

We didn't "need" anything from them. Let's kick their ass and send the message that October will be more of the same. Sending Hammel and Haren out there isn't the best way to send a message Haren smacked that message just fine. -
