Not included are: game-day expenses ancillary game-day revenues (parking, merchandise, concessions etc) indirect revenues that accrue the following season (new or increased sponsorships, added season ticket sales, etc). Naturally all of those things are going to be sketchy to estimate, but you've got $24M in the pot right off the bat.
