    If Jaylon Johnson comes back and can actually be like 90% of himself for the rest of the season, our defense will improve by leaps and bounds... I think we beat the Packers at Soldier Field, probably lose at Lambeau, plus beat the Browns (assuming we never allow Myles Garrett to be one-on-one with Theo Benedet) and the Steelers and that's a 10 win season

I think spending big on pitching is the way to go this offseason since the depth of the Cubs lineup should make it easier to fill gaps at the deadline with platoon bats which should be readily available for a reasonable cost rather than the crazy prices we saw for even above average pitchers

    are you considering Rodgers or Petrovic the 2nd starter missing? I'm not sure either one starts when healthy... but yes, both of them are going to be rotation guys if/when they're healthy, and missing Tomi means missing their likely most important/best offensive player
