Mizzou's class is scary good, assuming they all qualify. I'm pretty jealous. Scary good? They're 17th (per Rivals) with no 5-stars and mostly 3-star commits Sorry, we're not all Penn State. For a team that KU is trying to compete with in a North division that's kind of up for grabs, 17th in the nation is very good. Especially for a program that's not a traditional power. And dinging a team for having no 5* is pretty silly considering there are 25 total in the nation. Right now, their class is rated better than Michigan's, tOSU's, Virginia Tech's, and Miami's. For a fan of a rival team, that's not what you like to see. my post was mostly in the semantics of "scary". I reserve that for very few teams, that's all

This seems unlikely. Cairo projections look better than BPro ones but I don't see how the Cubs will be the best offense and defense. whose offense and pitching will be better?

Tennessee is 10th nationally, I believe, but like 5th in the SEC. As of today, Rivals has them 7th (with 5 of the top 7 from the SEC...nuts) The commitments of Nash Nance and Rajion Neal must have bumped us up. Unless Rogers, Ambles or James Stone committed today and I missed it. And yeah, the SEC recruiting is pretty silly. They only have Nance as a 2-star QB, but Neal is 4-stars. The latter 3 you mentioned are still not committed.

Rivals has Penn State with the #9 class right now, but that's on the strength of 12 4-star recruits (but no 5-stars).

my guess is that the randomness of scheduling rarely has you play five road games against teams with winning records to begin with, so then winning those 5 in the few chances you have is probably rare. Still, seems crazy
