  1. looking down on Kentucky is an American tradition from coast to coast
  2. I'd rather stare directly into the sun then spend a minute looking at Kentucky
  3. They wanted a river view http://www.sports-venue.info/sitebuilder/images/Great_American_Ballpark_1-566x375.jpg Hahahahahahhaah! Oh, Derwood. why would you ever want to look at a river instead of a city skyline?
  4. I love the white male callers on sports talk radio who would all like to "just get past these race issues in 'Merica". DECODED: "I'm uncomfortable that people are railing on opinions about race that I happen to share, so can we please just stop talking about it?"
  5. lol at that photo. Way to build the stadium 180 degrees in the wrong direction, dipwads
  6. Every ballpark's dimensions overlapped:
  7. But only former baseball players can be managers, or something
  8. Too early to start a 2016 thread, but: http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2014/apr/29/rio-2016-olympics-worst-preparations-ioc
  9. In a regular season game between Columbus and Dallas, Dallas pulled the goalie with 12:00 left while on a power play. The 6-on-4 worked and Dallas tied the game
  10. Are we sure that Harper isn't a quarter Venezuelan?
  11. Aren't the questions about his "work ethic" mostly stemmed from the fact that he was trying not to get injured this year? He would've gone to the draft last year if he could, but since he had to either sit or play this year, why would he risk his NFL career by going all out?
  12. He could be Rex Grossman 2.0. Is Rex Grossman "successful"?
  13. well damn, couldn't get anything going with the goalie pulled. That series was fun as hell and I can't wait for next year
  14. IT'S HAPPENING
  15. Fleury gives up two quick goals.....oh please oh please oh please let him melt down here
  16. welp, time to start drinking
  17. Pens are completely dominating right now
  18. [expletive] it Drop Harper Add Cutch
  19. Gah, Harper out, but do I blow my second transaction before May?
  20. Most draft experts are calling Clowney a "generational talent". You either draft that guy number one, or you secure a king's ransom for the pick and pick Manziel in the 6-12 range
  21. With that many international prospects, a crap ton of these guys leaving school early are going to go undrafted
  22. What doesn't make sense? Schools like OSU get criticized for cupcake non-con schedules, but as soon as they get on the phone with LSU or Florida, they're told that those schools have no interest in traveling to Columbus. Sure, they'll host a game and then have a neutral site game down the road from their campus, but a simple home/home? No interest. I really wish the schedules were made by an independent body instead of AD's
  23. It seems to matter to the southern teams who refuse to sign simple home-and-home's
  24. Last year SEC teams played at Indiana, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Miami, Oregon, Texas, Alabama played Virginia Tech in Atlanta, and Mississippi State played Oklahoma State in Houston This year SEC teams will play at Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma, Louisville, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and LSU is playing Wisconsin in Houston I'll clarify. Since SEC teams refuse to schedule road games against good teams NORTH OF THE MASON DIXON LINE, how will they meet this mandate if the other conferences tell them to [expletive] off? It's talked about here all the time: SEC teams simply refuse to sign home-and-home's with OSU, Michigan, etc. They want home-and-Southern Neutral site. Yes, there are exceptions. Alabama played at PSU, etc. But overall, nearly every game you mentioned are against other warm weather teams, or at warm weather "neutral" sites
  25. So since SEC teams refuse to schedule road games against good teams, how will they meet this mandate if the other conferences tell them to [expletive] off?
