    Not a chance. Lackey would start Simulated Game #2. Yes. I think so too, but that would mean that an NLCS Game 4 start for Lackey would be after, what, 2 weeks off (minus simulated games, which are cute and all but obviously not the same thing)

    At the danger of looking ahead here, IF the Cubs can wrap this up tonight, do they start the NLCS Game 1 with Lackey, or jump back up to Lester if the requisite days rest allow it?

    Uh, Georgia? I guess we could just say that the blue bloods always get the benefit of the doubt. Georgia is certainly a good one. LSU as well. LSU is sometimes great. Georgia is perennially ranked top 10 preseason and perennially loses 3-4 games

    so I set the DVR to record MLBN since that's what my horsefeathering guide said, so needless to say I wasn't happy when they switched away from the game after a half inning. Happy to see that joining the game live, now, I haven't actually missed anything
