I'm into it, Gausman's the pitcher they should want anyway. I think you suggested it, but I'd take Gausman and throw him in the pen. Gausman gives up a ton of first inning runs. Bullpen seems like a lousy place for him. -

Take a guy that throws 98 in the seventh inning of his starts, put him in the pen for the rest of the year. Then try to fix him in the offseason. He's got Arrieta-like potential. He's controllable until 2021. Bullpen seems like a lousy place to put a guy who gives up tons of first inning runs

Super weird I don't remember the details of a trade from nine years ago. This trade was a board highlight. A poster said that he called the Tribune Company switchboard and the secretary said a trade was imminent. We all laughed and the poster relied not to poke fun because he had cancer. Everyone was still reeling in shock when the trade got announced. No word if the original poster was the purple Fanta shirt guy. I remember all that. I just didn't remember that's Donaldson was the fourth piece of the deal. Jesus
