Mike and the Mad Dog ended a decade ago. He's filling in for Francesa who is retiring, and it has been rumored he is in line for the job. That explains his BS answer about lounging on the beach last week. Not a care in the world about the state he nominally runs. Ah, they mentioned Francesa on the radio and then mockingly played the Mike and Mad Dog theme song so i assumed that was still a thing. He's an embarrassment as a sitting governor. What's his approval rating? 15%?

And Baez is hitting like .385 with a man on third and less than two out. I don't know why everyone thinks these guys are chokers with RISP baez is .229/.316/.428 (59 wRC+) with RISP this year and .209/.261/.323 for his career (42 wRC+) Ok, so his man on 3rd w/ LT 2 outs is a major outlier * shrug*
