    Everyone knew he was getting fired. It sucks, but someone had to be the fall guy. Bad timing maybe... You can't "fire" the players and this is one place they can upgrade the team at. He isn't one of the top coaches in the NBA. The team was a #1 seed and top 5 on both ends of the floor. I'd say that's pretty good

    I just don’t really like being drunk. I like GETTING drunk (the buzz), but being drunk is t much fun for me. Plus I generally vacation with my kids (and often with you get nieces and nephews) so getting ripped on the daily is t much of an option

    I think having a Canadian team would boost ratings up north. I dont think Vegas is moving the ratings that much in the US A first year expansion team possibly winning the Cup? It's about all they have in terms of storylines (unless you think Ovechkin potentially winning it all moves the needle)

    Article says Addy, plus pitching, plus an OF..... My complete GUESS would be something like Addy, Monty, Lange or Little, and a guy like Zagunis. And that's really steep, in my eyes, but worth it, if we keep him. But yeah, he's hitting FA. Getting him here though could obviously help in KEEPING him here. Despite Russell's disappointing start, it seems like an irresponsible risk to give up on him for 3 months of Machado knowing the odds of re-signing him is unlikely

    The NHL has to be rooting hard for Vegas to win it all, because there are some dreadful (for ratings) potential matchups for the finals (Tampa Bay vs. Winnipeg? lol)
