    Why? He’s plenty deserving. It should probably go to one of the pitchers but Yelich over Javy wouldn’t be some egregious snubbing. Yeah, really not sure what the heck he's talking about. Unless he's talking about me exploding over the eternal folly of the Cubs not landing Yelich, sure, but I do that every 4 hours each day anyway. A little of "we should've traded for him" mixed with a little "Baez is empirically better"

    Been happening a lot lately. According to the DirecTV website that is all that is scheduled for today. No Cubs channel. Unfortunately Thom must be doing the NFL today. Love listening to him whine about the Cubs and their fans. The guy who fills in for Thom on the Reds broadcast is worse than Thom. He doesn't whine as much, but he's just an overall awful announcer

    Wisconsin's loss pretty much means that only a Big Ten East team will make the playoffs. Wisconsin's schedule is brutal (a lot of road games against top conference teams)
