    Cubs are getting hammered hard in the national media over their off season, and deservedly so. If Theo's cunning plan was to ask the players what went wrong, are we surprised that they all said "well, definitely not us, boss!" ? Did Theo really think that turning over the coaching staff but keeping the same roster was the magic solution to the 2018 problems?
