    Bama’s offense has been awful after the first two drives. And they’ve committed a ton of penalties. They're definitely rattled. I was just taking a shot at them since they rarely play anything but home or neutral-site OOC games

    I've been creating a series of Sporcle quizzes about year-to-year awards and achievements in MLB, and it has shown me that there is not a more worthless award than Manager of the Year. The people who win it invariably go on to be total horse crap soon after winning.

    Sunday Night Football averaged 19.3 million viewers last year. Hitting 15 million on a streaming service seems realllll optimistic. It's just not going to happen. How many of those 19.3 million are casual fans flipping channels that end up landing on the game? Streaming requires someone to actively go and find the game. It's not happening

    Apparently Amazon Prime has been selling advertising for its Thursday Night games promising 15 million viewers/game. The first game (granted, preseason, but...) pulled just 1 million TOTAL viewers, about half of which were over-the-air viewers in the two team markets. If they don't come close to that 15 mil/game, they're going to be refunding a crap-ton of cash

    Isn’t that what top 10 teams do to G5 schools? Or is this a knock on schedule, which is the only year I can ever remember Michigan not playing a P5/ND NC game. The latter. You won't have to wait long to see them do it again, it's happening again next year True, but they play @Texas in 2024 and @Oklahoma in 2025 Now Penn State, THEY have some embarrassing non-conference games coming up over the next 4 seasons
