  1. takes balls to do that to Hinrich right inf front of the ref
  2. I'll say it's just ridiculous for a guy to have that kind of stuff and that kind of feel for pitching. Unfair. VERY rare that you seen a guy who has a great slider AND a great curveball. His ability to throw both as strikeout pitches, while varying the speeds on each, is just sick. And when you combine that with a 96-mph four-seam fastball that has great movement and a low 90s two-seamer with even better movement... well, that's a Hall of Fame type arsenal, IMHO. Sounds like Kerry Wood circa 1998. We know how that story ended....
  3. Ahh yes the infamous "No Tippin Khabibulin" Jordan and Pippen were notorious for never tipping. It's ridiculous
  4. According to some reports, A-Rod was doing it. Also, he beat up nuns, peed on orphans and raped puppies. It's all in a new tell-all book by Skip Bayless.
  5. My local paper has this listed as a 1:20 game. I guess not...
  6. at least he tips the 15, unlike some Chicago athletes we could name
  7. Can't really think those jokes through on live TV.
  8. How does the NFL stay in business if no players will ever actually be successful? The one percent you don't teach math I take it
  9. The team simply isn't fun to watch
  10. I'm curious if a great season from Evan Royster and/or Stephon Green (PSU) would make either a Day One running back in the next draft. The history of PSU running backs in the NFL is not a good one
  11. Last thing we need is for Geo to find his way into Lou's doghouse. At this point, I expect Hill to start at least 2 games per week.
  12. Garnett and Bosh are pretty skinny. Nobody complains about them trying to guard stronger players. The problem is they aren't consistent scorers. Nobody cares if you are a bad interior defender if you can make the other guy work on defense too. Garnett has 20 lbs on Noah and 40 on Thomas Bosh is pretty skinny though, just 5 lbs (and one inch) on Thomas. Someday I'd like a PF on this team with Karl Malone's body type....
  13. I don't hate Noah or Thomas....I think both would be fine if the Bulls had an actual big-bodied center on the team. Skinny, weak "big men" are going to be rendered ineffective when they're trying to defend guys who have 40 more lbs of muscle on them.
  14. There's no such thing as a "small fries" at Five Guys. It's either large or a regular, and a regular order is still half the bag filled with fries. Prices must have gone up. I could get that same meal for about $6 back in State College
  15. can we at least wait until August before Meph starts fellating Tebow again?
  16. That's what everyboyd says when they get caught. They didn't know it was banned, they didn't read the label, they didn't know what they were taking, their doctor/trainer/teammate gave it to them, whatever.
  17. I'm more annoyed by the tons of non-calls on Davis when he absolutely tackles our players
  18. have to win at least one in Boston. Not sure that'll happen
  19. Jordan Norwood goes undrafted, but I expect him to be signed in the next few days
  20. Noah earning his pay in 2OT
  21. nice little sequence there
