Didn't the Celtics make it to the ECF with a Pierce/Antoine Walker combo? In '01-'02 they made it to the ECF and lost to the Nets. Is that the year you're referring to?

I know I'm late to this but, really? Paul Pierce is a top 10 player in the league? REALLY? How far did that get him pre-Garnett? And how far will that get him with Garnett out?

Derrek Williams is fast, has good hands, and has shown flashes of brilliance as a punt/kick returner. He's undersized, and probably projects as more of a Bobby Engram type possession receiver than a game changer.

Hinrich got destroyed on a double screen on that play which is why Allen was so open (and Noah was left to guard him)

I voted for the Nationals, because it doesn't even make sense. The best on the list is the White Sox, as it opens them up for so many easy jokes.

Is it too early for me to bitch about the ridiculous schedule for the playoffs? What other sport has 2 or 3 days between every game?

For all the mistakes that were made in this game, it was still fantastically entertaining. I'm pretty satisfied so far, especially considering that I was predicting a 20 point blowout in this one.

I love that TT is such a good fould shooter. Bulls must have 8 blocks already. BRAD MILLER FOR THREE? GOOD?

The Bulls are actually getting the ball inside and drawing fouls, which is nice to see. Also, Salmons is shooting much better, and Gordon isn't ice cold.

they were sorta real....mostly blocking fouls where Hinrich/Rose was backing up as Rondo drove on them and then everyone fell down. Not hacking fouls for sure.

2 fouls on Rose and 3 on Hinrich in the 1st quarter. ridiculous.
