The only thing I can think of is Theriot had a decent month or two and Pie hasn't (at the big league level) Pie's MiLB numbers kill Theriot's. Pie needs a 4-6 week period to adjust and then he will be fine. The Cubs are going to ruin this guy! They will shake continue to move him in and out and he will never gain any confidence at the MLB level!

Why do people on this board want to trade Murton for a 4th outfielder? I have seen him mentioned in a lot of trade rumors on here. Why wouldn't you want to keep him? Not trying to be a jerk, I am truly curious.

UK matches up ok with Marquette, it's going to be a battle of backcourts, which helps out UK. UM will still be favored, but given how UK played early on and how they finished, it's still a disappointing season and how well Patterson played before he got hurt as well as a strong class, I'm optimistic another year under Gillespie that they are on the right track. It took "Tubby's guys" a while to get Gillespie's system, but you can see they started to play better and continued even when Patterson went down. I think that next year UK will be much more highly rated.

Wisconsin only gets a 3 seed? Kentucky got a decent seed at 11. Waiting for UCONN, hope they kept that 4 seed, but will probably be a 5.
