I honest to God don't know how you can look complacent and impatient at the same time. But as I said previously in this thread, they've looked impatient all year, that's the type of offense they are. Piniella said it a week ago, that you're not going to change the type of team they are now, you want to change it, change it in the offseason, but don't be shocked that they're impatient in the losses, when they're impatient in the wins too. I think they got homer-happy against Pitt, and figured today would just be a cakewalk and didn't even attempt to go up to the plate with any sort of plan. That has to be it. You seriously believe that?

Dude, no excuse for this team not to be 162-0. Fire Hendry. Fire Lou. Teams should just fall down for the Cubs, why do they even have to play the games? They're done, toast, lifeless. Bring up some minor leaguers. Show me some guys that care! Overreacting is fun.

Everyone knows Willis is a hot and cold pitcher, tonight his control has been good for the most part and he is making good pitches. A loss tonight doesn't doom this team. Remember, if the Cubs just play .500 this week Milwaukee has to go undefeated to just force a tie. I'm not saying this thing is in the bag, but to act like the season is over is ridiculous. Come back tomorrow and get a win and then your set up to win the series on Thursday.

Glad someone can still smile and make fun of others, with only having a 2 game lead with 5 still left to play. When Brewers have another easy W left with the Cards tomorrow. I'm not making fun of anyone. Just figured that would be the theme in here tonight. At worst, I still can't complain about a 2 game lead with 5 to go.

As of right now... Isn't he scheduled for Saturday? Hill, Z, Lilly the last 3. Hopefully, he doesn't pitch in that series at all. Your right, I forgot Hill wasn't starting Thursday. This could potentially be a very long layoff for Z, about 10 days if they make the playoffs.

For those of you who get to Wrigley more often than I do, can you help me out to see my chances of being stuck behind a pole? I am in Sec 216, Row 10, Seat 5. I'm in a real bind. I have a single ticets for Game 1, aisle 216, row 10. Looks like a nice seat. Was hoping to be able to get at least two. Not sure if its worth the trip up for just one ticket. Might have to unload this thing but would give you guys a shot first. PM me if interested. Might not be able to give you an immediate answer (Although I will reply quickly). Need to see if plans are feasible for me to make it, but not looking good right now.

I have a single for Game 3, ailse 216, row 10. If there is anyone out there who wants a good single for game 3 I can trade. here's my issue, I really need more than a single for game 3.
