Yes. For one, they blew the call. Secondly, they were gone in a flash. This is ridiculous. With replay in existence how does that happens? If these freakin' idiots win the World Series because of that.... I hate the dumbass cardinals -
Fact is a 24 year old likely isn't thinking he's going to die while doing this, especially since they had done it before. And they said he wasn't driving so even if he was drinking it's not the same as what Taveres did.

I've been watching their game on MLB network and it's....hard. Dee Gordon bawling while rounding the bases on the lead off home run in which he took the first pitch right handed was tough.

This really sucks. The thing I've loved about the Cubs was their enthusiasm and having fun with the game. Fernandez had that too and it's always a joy to watch when players enjoy playing the games plus he was a good player. I'd definitely list him as one of my favorite players in the game. RIP

And this is exactly why you shouldn't be handing out extensions to coaches like him when he still has 3 years left on his current deal. I stopped watching. Can't get separation from Rutgers and struggle to stop the run. That Wisconsin game is freaking horrifying now.

Smoltz needs to stick to comments relating to his pitching experience or something and stop talking strategy and Vasgergian's stupid anti-moneyball jokes he likes to make make me want him to fall out of the booth.

This booth is terrible. Like, they can't stop saying really stupid things and Smoltz talks too damn much why saying dumb things. I wish CSN could broadcast the first round or something like NHL and NBA do. I'm gonna miss Len and JD a lot.

It's early in this game and maybe I'm overreacting but this is starting to feel like and underachieving, post- Kirk Ferentz extension, 7 win Iowa team.

God I want a sweep really bad. More than I probably should considering we've clinched everything there is to clinch (unless you want the best record in baseball I guess)

WGN camera guys blew that one. I was waiting to see his sad trot back out to the field. our division has a lot of hateable jags at 2B...phillips, harrison, wong, scooter I seem to remember him expressing hatred of the Cardinals so I'm okay with that (I remember him stating he hates the cubs too but oh well)

I want to watch that play over and over again because I would look just like Ross had I ran first to third like that which feels good because he is a professional athlete.
