It's a fair complaint but the timing of it and the fact that he said it in public is weird. The guy was likable as hell, even when he struggled and now he's less likable to me because he complained on a radio show the day of the World Series championship celebration. Just an odd thing to do. I think it's important to keep in mind that Miggy was likely really, really drunk during that interview. He's been a model teammate as a Cub, particularly when Contreras came up and basically took his job. This doesn't impact my overall feelings on Montero one bit. That's fair. I just read the article and didn't hear the interview.
