Omg can one carry? -
Baseball is happening. We are in a slump and cleveland has good pitchers. This is a stupid sport. Why the hell can't a team as good as the Cubs make other teams look completely hopeless? We're eight games better than the Indians and they haven't broken a sweat the entire playoffs. In all three series, the Cubs have struggled in certain portions. (The answer is baseball). Have the indians really faced as many tought pitchers as we have?

I am not sure I've ever seen anyone elevate over one of those walls to make a catch at Wrigley before. Not that heyward did that but still.

This team is pressing so much that this type of deficit may be what's needed to loosen them up. One big inning could change the series.

This match up favors us. Then what if we win? Arrieta vs Tomlin? Then Hendricks vs Kluber? If we get to Kluber again I would think bats would have awoken. The path is there. Need something to go right early tomorrow and maybe we can get the swagger back.

This series is turning into why the playoffs are a crapshoot. we're doing crappy things but a lot of things are going against us and it's taking both crappy things and bad luck to have them barely beating us. God, I hope it turns around a Heyward hit could be the start.

Nothing can take away the way I felt when we won the pennant. I'd like to feel it again but if not, this has still been amazing.

By product of the euphoria from getting here in the first place. I felt it pre-game 1 but then I realized that we may not get here again (God, I hope not) and got really depressed after the loss because we gotta take advantage of this opportunity.

I thought it was already declared that he wasn't driving. So as long as we wasn't driving, recreational cocaine use at 3am mid season is cool? It's not a good life choice but I don't see how it makes his death any less deserving of sympathy really.

The main thing that scares me is we were back to having the same awful approach we had in the the Kershaw version 1 game. I'm also concerned they are pressing being back at home. If they have some good AB's early I'll feel fine. Last night just never felt right.
