Stupid Lou Piniella, getting to be way more in control of how long I live than he should be.

I've always liked the idea of Marshall as a consistent starter but for whatever reason Lou doesn't. Marshall has also been in the bullpen most of the year and his outings are usually against a batter or two so I'm not sure if he'd be a good option as a starter when he probably isn't capable of last that long right now.

They're gonna hit again and Sean threw 41 pitches. They will be getting multiple at bats against our bullpen. Logic and baseball don't mix. It's very possible that the Rockies don't score again.

these packer/cubs fans are spreading, this is some sort of epidemic that needs to be wiped out I'm ok with giving Iowans with weird sports allegiances a pass Meh, when I was growing up the Packers seemed to be on more than the Bears and the Packers were better. It is what it is. Plus I had to complete a circle of hate between my parents and me. My mom's a Vikings fan and my dad's a Bears fan.

This is the part of the OP that intrigues me. By all accounts, TLR despises the Cubs and everything they stand for, and I shudder to think of him in a Cubs uniform, and I dont think hed ever want to wear one. On the other hand, TLR seems like the kind of arrogent prick who could take the job, on the off chance that the Cubs dont win the WS this year just so he could say that he was the one to finally take the Cubs there and say screw you, your welcome. He already has wore one.
