    Yeah we are winning the division still Hard to find confidence we can beat the braves or dodgers even understanding the baseball crapshoot thing

    :dontknow: Baseball is a silly game full of variance and the truth is probably somewhere in an aging pitching staff and a bullpen that can’t stay healthy but yes it feels like hunger hadn’t been there. It’s frustrating to watch the Astros dominate (even when they also ended a drought) and we just continue to frustrate. This was supposed to be a potential dynasty. Disclaimer I’m drunk and pissed so I probably said a dumb thing but this is annoying

    I like the tension and slow build towards a thing slower paced low scoring sports can provide but I also like basketball a lot too so I don’t know

    I don’t really care about holding a lead because the others suck anyways. I want us to show we can win road series and take over the division. I know baseball is weird in the playoffs but a 87 win team who can’t win on the road doesn’t exactly pump me up when the Dodgers exist
