  1. Maybe Pie should find out what kind of mental retardation Floyd has.
  2. Obviously not you, so move along.
  3. I've got a feeling he's been "blackballed" outside of SF already. The environment comparing SF to the rest of the league is night and day -- SF has put up with him because of the fan support, but I highly doubt another team would even consider him. I hope this is the case, would be nice for it to be IMPOSSIBLE for him to hit 800, so A Rod can be first of course :)
  4. Sounds about right. Thank God someone else recognizes that. It's pretty obvious that this is the case to me. Thirded. The Hendry bashing may be warranted in many instances, but not in this one... especially since the passing of the July 31 deadline. The notion that a true impact bat would slip through waivers is exceedingly unlikely. There's almost certainly nobody noteworthy available now, even if Hendry was trying to give away Pie, Hill, and Zambrano. Too bad he didn't get Carlos Lee instead of Soriano.
  5. Good point, we've seen it so many times the annual downward spiral (with the exception of 2006 lol). But I remain optimistic because when they finally do get to the promised land it will make it that much sweeter.
  6. He has 757 now. He is on pace to hit about 7 more this year putting him at 764-765 by the end of this year. Over the past 5 seasons (excluding his very shortened injury season) he is averaging 37 per year. I do not expect him to hit him to hit 37 next year, maybe around 25. Thus being said it would likely take him 2 season to reach 800. His health may be deteriorating but we all know Barroids is greedy and only cares about himself. The question is.... Will Barroids put his pride in front of his health and go for 800?
  7. Welcome to the club.
  8. We need another big bad denny green blowup from lou to get this crap rolling again.
  9. Thats kind of disturbing actually hahahah!
  10. Yea I think we have a good chance to win tonight, but tomorrow? Marquis? LOL!
  11. Now he needs to go diagnose Rammy.
  12. I think he did, but man this really blows... as someone said earlier even when he does come back these types of injuries are often nagging and his power stroke might be gone the rest of the year :(
  13. Wowwwww see ya season.
  14. Even though I don't want him here... here's a hint to avoid a Dusty or JJ "situation"... perform up to your capabilities. You'll be beloved in no time. he also had a tongue and cheek comment of: "I don't want to play in Chicago because there are bricks behind the ivy"
  15. If they don't show up for the next 2 months they might actually do better than if they do :)
  16. Then I hope we blow them out so you wish you would have watched the game!
  17. The bad thing is, the Brewers play the Astros next which means they won't get swept most likely. Unfortunately we get the Rockies for 4, and we miss Z in the rotation.
  18. HAS to be Ernie... nothing else compares.
  19. I've had a half of a slumpbuster. She was hot after a case of beer and I woke up next to her and she wasn't completely repulsive, so we did it again.
  20. Torii Hunter would put on a Cubs uniform and become another Joke JOnes.
  21. I agree, but Helen Keller could swing the bat better than any of these morons with RISP :P
  22. Oi... does anyone know what Bowen's BA is over in Oak?
  23. I sure hope so aero, I hope it was nothing serious and they just gave him another day off.
  24. Well tonight is going to be verry interesting it seems.
